Grab your backpack and let’s go for a hike!

We’ll trek through beautiful mountain sceneries, battling our perceived limits to reach our destination. Once we reach our destination we will jump into the pristine waters of a waterfall or river. 

Learning walking meditation and conscious breathing trying to connect with it.

During this experience you’re going to discover your full potential, you not only become stronger, but also sharpen your senses and transform your life. Your brain and body reach new heights and becomes more powerful than ever before!

Along with that, you can imprint the experience in your brain!

  • 1h breathing and ice immersion practice
  • 2h sharing and conclusions

How we function as human beings

When you understand how our brain is functioning you can use that information so:

  • procrastination
  • hesitation
  • impostor syndrome
  • fear of failure
  • fear of success
  • self-loathing
  • self-doubt

become smaller and smaller until they disappear.

We will navigate through these 4 subjects:

  1. Psychology – that is 60% responsible for everything that we do.
  2. Human physics (cause-effect) or physiology. How to get more energy and how to use movement to improve your psychology.
  3. Magnetism – how to attract what you want in your life using psychology and physiology.
  4. The 60–20–20 rule of success – the secret behind all successful people.
