About me

I’ve worn many hats in my life, starting with being an athlete from the young age of 7. I started my journey with two years of gymnastics, but afterward settled into what would become and stay my lifetime passion: track and field. I specialized in the high jump, and although I only started practicing it at the age of 11, by 12 I had become regional champion. I won multiple youths national championships and was even part of Romania’s National Youth Team before graduating high school and attending the National University of Physical Education and Sport in Bucharest, guided by the passion to move into coaching.

My business career started with a 3-year course at the Open Business School of London, but slowly led to building two factories, the first was an alcoholic beverages production and the second an automotive and industrial lubricants production plant, apartment buildings development, taking on with a few other smaller business ventures such as a Golf Magazine and a Bingo Parlor in Romania as well as the USA and Canada.

I managed to rise back up, step by step and in time, through study, research, and a lot of introspection, and eventually became the first Romanian certified by Joseph McClendon III at The Neuroencoding Institute. The Neuroencoding Institute is the result of over 40 years of Joseph’s experience where he developed several techniques that have positively affected the lives of over 5 million people, it changed their lives so they go further, faster.

What is important to know about me is that I’m not a psychologist, or any sort of medical therapist. The competences that guide my coaching methods are those that I’ve gained through my experience in business, my history in sports, and my primary competence which is that of being a Certified Neuroencoding Specialist.
