About me

Change begins when the right question emerges, as a sign that something within is ready to be realigned. For many people, this moment carries real vulnerability and calls for a safe framework, structure, and presence.

I keep learning alongside the best specialists in this field, aware that authentic change begins with clarity, is sustained by method, and guided by responsibility.

My role is to create a framework where direction unfolds naturally, at each person’s own pace.

My journey so far

My first teacher was sport. My early training as a teacher and coach gave structure and rigor to a path already built through practice, where the relationship between body and mind was sustained by discipline as a way of living. Over the years, I deepened this understanding by working constantly with the mental and emotional processes behind performance, until progress became not only a personal practice, but the place from which I am able to guide and support others.

The same inner reference points remained present when my context changed completely. After 1989, life led me from sport into the world of business, where I spent more than twenty-five years. Those years shaped capacities that sport alone could not develop: decision-making, responsibility, and the ability to adapt continuously.

I built complex projects — from factories to real estate developments — and took part in entrepreneurial initiatives in Romania, Canada, and the United States. I held leadership roles, including Vice President and founding member of the Polish–Romanian Chamber of Commerce, experiences that taught me what it means to lead without certainty and to remain coherent in unstable contexts.

At the same time, I chose to stay connected to the world of sport — organizing golf competitions, football tournaments, and editorial projects — not out of nostalgia, but as a form of continuity. Sport remained my thread of stability and truth.

Integration

Looking back, every stage reveals its coherence. Each experience contributed to who I am today: someone who understands change as a process of adaptation rather than a rupture.

My work today centers on conscious resilience, clarity, and relationship. I stand alongside others as a mentor who is comfortable with uncertainty and skilled at creating structure where it is needed.
